With our recent move to our new premises we want to ensure that we’re giving you the best service possible. We have issued a survey to allow us to make plans for the future of Ayrshire Credit Union and to allow us to make the best decisions for you.

As you are now all aware the Multi storey carpark will be closing from the 26th of June 2021 permanently and that it will be demolished in due course.
We will be carrying on with our current service and with support from East Ayrshire Council, we will be relocating. We are NOT closing.
We will be keeping you updated on this journey. Thank you for your support at this time.
To protect the ongoing service, we have reduced the opening hours to limit exposure to our staff and volunteers.
We ask that members only come in if the visit is essential. Most services are available online or over the phone.

We’re pleased to be extending our opening hours from Monday 27th July on the following days:
Monday and Friday 9.15-3pm
Tuesday and Thursday remain 9.15-12 noon
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday remain closed
In light of the ongoing national situation with the Corona virus (COVID-19), the following measures are in place:
Hand gel provided on entry
2 Members in the office at a time
2m Social distancing measures in place
Loan/membership interviews taking place over telephone and online
There are no changes to opening hours for the foreseeable future

If you are worried about how to pay your loan or to continue the level of your savings, WE ARE HERE to LISTEN and SUPPORT you.
NEVER BE AFRAID to call and talk to someone – if the office is unmanned, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and we want to do all we can to make things as stress free as possible.
In light of decreasing footfall, we have decided to close the office on a Saturday.
We would like to remind members that many of Ayrshire Credit Union’s services can be carried out without physically visiting our office.
