Reduced Opening Hours

To protect the ongoing service, we have reduced the opening hours to limit exposure to our staff and volunteers.

Monday/Friday: 9am-12pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 9am-12pm

We ask that members only come in if the visit is essential. Most services are available online or over the phone.

If you are concerned about anything, phone or email and we will be happy to help!

Covid Update – A message from the staff

Hi Folks,

Just a quick update from our staff at ACU. Work is ongoing to adapt out services to our new socially distanced world.

We understand that many of you are coming to terms with a lot of change and we want you to know – We are only a phone call away.

If you are worried about how to pay your loan or to continue the level of your savings, WE ARE HERE to LISTEN and SUPPORT you.

NEVER BE AFRAID to call and talk to someone – if the office is unmanned, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and we want to do all we can to make things as stress free as possible.

Corona virus (COVID-19) Service Update 02/04/20

In light of decreasing footfall, we have decided to close the office on a Saturday.

We would like to remind members that many of Ayrshire Credit Union’s services can be carried out without physically visiting our office.

In light of the ongoing national situation with the Corona virus (COVID-19), the Teller Desk will be open to Members from 9.15am until 12pm Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri and Sat for the next 4 weeks.

We will not be accepting any new members or loans currently

We would like to remind members that many of Ayrshire Credit Union’s services can be carried out without physically visiting our office.

New website under construction

We’ve got a new look website and we hope you like it so far.

You know when life happens, that unexpected breakdown… We had one of those with our website. To save on an expensive bill (and use the skills of our volunteers) the Board approved the idea put forward by Volunteer and Board member Tracy (who is also a budding web developer) to build a replacement.

She’s got a basic website running and will be building it over time. It’s been a labour of love (and occasional hate) for Tracy to get it ready in a short space of time.
